Il Rione is an independent apartment in an ancient building whose foundations date back to the 1400s, renovated with great care and always keeping eco-sustainable goals in mind. It is located on a hill, a few steps from the Tavo river in a private position, halfway between the Pescara sea and the Gran Sasso d’Abruzzo mountain: perfect for enjoying a holiday away from the city and surrounded by greenery but also for a few peaceful nights. Breakfast is included, consisting mainly of local products. Guests will benefit from the adjacent garden. The structure has a bedroom with a double bed and 3 single beds, complete bathroom, TV, heating with zero environmental impact energy, large living room and kitchen at the complete disposal of guests. Four-legged friends are welcome as long as they are ‘well-mannered’
